Live More Fully and Aligned

I believe therapy can be a deeply human and collaborative space, one where healing unfolds through curiosity, compassion, and connection. I wouldn’t do this work if I hadn’t witnessed the quiet and profound ways therapy can transform lives, including my own and those of the clients I walk alongside.

Often, emotional or physical distress isn’t a sign that something is wrong with you but a signal that something within you is asking for care, attention, and change. Depression, burnout, numbness, anxiety, longing, relationship conflict, or a sense of overwhelm can arise when the strategies that once helped you navigate life are no longer serving you. I believe those experiences are not failures; they are invitations.

With warmth, presence, and respect for your pace, I help you explore the roots of your pain and gently untangle the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, complicated relationship dynamics, wanting more from life, healing from the impact of trauma, or ongoing anxiety or depression, our work together will focus on your goals, while cultivating internal safety, strengthening resilience, and expanding your capacity to relate to yourself and to others with greater honesty and ease.

Therapy is not about fixing you. It’s about helping you reconnect with your true nature so you can move through life with more vitality, meaning, and fulfillment.

I work with individuals, couples, and teens who are ready to do the deeper work of understanding themselves - not just to cope, but to thrive.

I know starting therapy can feel daunting. Especially if you’ve never been before, or had the kind of experience that felt impersonal or unhelpful. My goal is for therapy to feel different - engaging, collaborative, and genuinely supportive.
